I’ve visited this dentist twice in the last six months having moved to Guelph from Caledon. Having previously had a great dentist and hygienist I was a little apprehensive. I need not have been. Dr Chen prepared my tooth and fitted me a crown that she made herself. I felt safe in her hands from start to finish. Her manner, skill, attention to detail, etc. was first class. The hygienist at the practice was also excellent too. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I have no problem recommending this dentist 100%

Dr Vicky Chen is a skilled and very personable professional. She takes the time to listen to your issues and discuss options clearly and directly. Her office and staff are very well organized and a pleasure to deal with. When many trips to my prior dentist were nerve wracking my visits now over the last 10 years to Dr.Chen have been a pleasure. I also have referred my husband and grown children to her practise. I highly recommend her Dental services.

Was greeted with a smile and waited for my appoint time. Hygienist was very personable and made the visit that more enjoyable. Dr.Chan is a spitfire and great with explaining what she was about to do and put me at ease. Lucked out getting in with them!

This place is amazing. Amazing stuff and service. We have been going here for few years. They are very kind, gently and understanding with my kids. I would highly recommend this place.

I've been a patient here for more than 10 years... Before Dr. Chen took over. She is a kind and compassionate professional who will keep working until both you and she are satisfied. As someone with a small mouth, I appreciate her small but strong hands. They can do many services in house such as crowns, root canals and even extractions if necessary. Would highly recommend. Moved out of Guelph and still travel back for the service.

Dr.Chen makes the uncomfortable experience of a dental chair very comfortable and makes you feel at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well as very kind and empathetic dealing with her patients. I highly recommend Dr Chen and her entire team as wonderful dental service providers.

This is a great dental office, even during this pandemic. I felt completely safe there as they go over and above with public health protocol. Also major compassion and consideration towards me to ensure my optimum comfort in my current disability by checking with me before adjusting the chair. And no discomfort at all getting my dental cleaning.

If you are hesitant to see a dentist, Stone Road Family Dental is the place to go. Dr Chen and staff are wonderful people. Prompt, professional and painless. Everything from routine cleaning to wisdom teeth extraction has been a positive experience.

I have developed anxiety sobbing uncontrollably, shaking, sick for days after around dental visits after negative experiences with my past two dentists. I was extremely hesitant to find a new dentist, but was having continued problems with one of my teeth that a previous dentist had trouble working on 4 attempts to fix it in a 6 month period with no luck. The team at Stone Road Dental was INCREDIBLE! I wish I had found them sooner! Stephanie, one of the hygienists, listened to my fears and did everything in her power to keep me calm and relaxed during my appointments. Dr. Chen was wonderful and continually checked to ensure I was okay throughout. I initially went for a consult on the tooth, but waited until I received a cleaning and got another tooth fixed first before I agreed to get the problem tooth worked on. I am so glad I did. I no longer have any problems with it. 10/10 would recommend.
