I had a check-up and cleaning done today. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Staff members even contacted me by email well in advance of my appointment to let me know my appointment time would be 10 minutes later than originally scheduled. Who does that! I was blown away that they actually cared about my time enough to contact me ahead so I wouldn't have to wait when I arrived. Best treatment ever by a doctor and his staff!!!

Our family of four has been under Dr. Lansdell's care since moving to Guelph more than a decade ago. Not only do we receive excellent, expert dental care from Dr. Lansdell and his wonderful staff, but we are made to comfortable and at home during our visits. Our appointments are never rushed, there is always time for questions, and they are meticulous about following up to see how we're doing. Their overall positive and caring approach means that my two daughters have never been afraid to visit the dentist. We are grateful to everyone at Gordon Street Dental for taking such good care of us!

After working with Dr. Lansdell and staff, I can say this is an office that really cares about people. They really take their time with every patient, and go to great lengths to make them happy. The office is also clean and the waiting area cozy and calming. Good experience all around.
