A & W All-American Food

Best customer experience ever! I've always wanted to walk into a restaurant through a cloud of smoke being created by the disgruntled employees who work at said restaurant. These are the same employees who looked at a car full of people who pulled up excited to get some root beer floats and rolled their eyes while puffing the cigarettes creating the cloud of smoke we started this story with. Then to tie it all up, finishing the cloud of smoke was more important than coming inside and helping the customers who were still willing to do business in this top notch establishment. Until they were ingonred long enough to just walk out. Congratulations Heyburn Idaho A&W employees, you've created a new level of customer service.

Never have clean tables. Staff are not the most friendly, made me feel like I was intruding in their day. Food was fine.

Not open 24 hours. They open at 10am. The gas station attached is open 24 hours.

It was OK. Just another fast food. Which they did get my order out quickly.

A&W has never excelled at its burgers and fries, and this location is no different. Their floats and shakes are delicious, the food is passable but not great. The only exception is their cheese curds which I think are delicious.
