I worked in the new accounts department under Shelley Kertz and it was a miserable experience. There was an abysmal lack of communication and inability to train properly due to staff shortage. Management handled challenges inappropriately by being overly emotional in their leadership strategy.
Phenomenal place to work! They really make employees feel respected and valued.
