This bakery is incredible! The macarons and chocolate cake that we got were delicious. The customer service was great as well. Very friendly!

Visited for the first time after trying donuts at friend’s which was absolutely delicious. The store is well organized. Donuts tasted really good. Just one star off cuz I felt like staff was in rush like get your orders asap, pay and go… other than that, we’ll def go back and try more goodie :

Steimar has thoughtful staff who helped me to pick out doughnuts so I can make a doughnut cake! The result was beautiful and delicious. Great products, especially their mini cheesecakes and tiramisu. I noticed store was not very clean when I went in, and I question if the day-old doughnuts are actually just 1-day old

Worst cake ever, only layer of sugar. Can’t even take a bite. Cake was bought from front on 14th October and asked cashier for sweetness. I am not looking for refund. Posted this review for other buyers so they can do due diligent.

This place is the number one stop in Windsor for cakes and donuts, cookies , tarts, basically anything sweet sugary and yummy delicious. They have an excellent organization with their custom covered area for lineup. Their customer relation skills are the best we have ever had buying sweets. They're so friendly and accommodating, it was such a pleasure shopping for a cake for my dad's birthday. We highly recommend this place !!

**update Stiemar replying as this further solidifies the fact of me never going to this location again!! I did contact no one returned call. with that being said I can’t do the birthday party over again so why bother now? And you wanted me to remove the cake from 17+ peoples plate that didn’t eat it put it in the box and return it to you so you guys can turn around and give me some lame reasoning why no thanks lesson learned !! Just like this delayed response, I get it…. I wouldn’t even waste my time let alone future money and I stand by my review! Stiemar cake I purchased for my child’s birthday was one of the more important parts of the party for me. The cake itself was decent looking however the actual taste of the cake was on the very low end it seem like it was missing an ingredient It wasn’t moist either even worse most guest didn’t eat it : , It’s seemed poorly whipped together, each piece that was cut literally crumbled. Which is disappointing because Stiemar’s I’ve enjoyed a couple product prior too but because it was for such a special event and so poorly done, I’m rating it a two** I wouldn’t order my personal cakes from them ever again. And because of the response I would spend my money here ever again ….. no love lost I guess ;

Came here today for the first time with my two daughters. The staff was SO friendly and kind - as soon as we came in, a wonderful woman asked discreetly if my girls could have a cookie yes! then let them pick something out. What a wonderful place! I'll definitely be back for other yummy treats! We nought doughnuts but I'm really wishing I got a cherry pie cuz I saw them there and they're my favorite and I have no doubt it would be amazing!

Easy to order, always delicious. Got a cake that was constructed a bit poorly, sent an email and immediately got a response offering me a gift card for the whole $ amount I had paid. Great customer service.
