Steven Polak, Whitby Personal Injury Lawyer & Car Accident Lawyer

I first called Steven a couple days after my accident. I wasn't sure how badly hurt I was then. I saw him probably a week after my accident and don't remember very much of that meeting..except I knew I could trust him. It is if he knew I would need him more in the coming weeks as my injuries progressed.. was he right ! This man took care of everything for me at the crucial time I needed someone on my side. Patience is Steven's middle name. He is a thoughtful man that is not untouched by his clients pain hardships and struggles. Having said that he is professional and patient..very patient. His assistants ( props to Emma) are amazing and very involved. His team makes sure every concern or question is addressed and answered when it comes to bills or therapy, etc.. I do recommend Steven to people I come across in need of a personal injury lawyer. Sorry Steven..have to say this... You won't find Steven Polak advertising on the back of a public bathroom stall..or see him on he side of a bus..If you are lucky enough to retain him..you have someone that has good character and real morals on your side.

Steven Polack and his team are extremely professional, personable and dedicated to your case. His team was extremely patient and understanding with me, no matter how hard of a time I was having. They all made me feel like I mattered and that my case was a priority for them. Steven and his team were always available for questions and took the time to explain situations and all steps of my case in clear simple language. I was a client of Steven POLAK. I am a serving Police Officer in Ontario. While at work while operating a marked Police vehicle I was struck from behind by an inattentive driver as a result I sustained back and head injuries due to a concussion. I retained Mr.POLAK. I found Steven to be a straight up guy, no nonsense and a straight shooter. I found him to be very soft spoken, polite and to the point.
