Amazing! We used Griffiths for both buying and selling. Great communication from staff. Our transactions were done without a clitch.

There are a number of things to be addressed while tranfering a property especillay a townhouse or condo. For example not only the key but also parking, garbage handling, visitors parking, condtion of the property at closing date etc etc..nothing was looked into properly in my case and follow up is still going on with out a result. So I don't recommend Griffith.
