Schwartz Arnold

Arnold Schwartz a tenure lawyer I thought was a man with a stellar reputation in the Durham legal community. I was quite proud to have retained him for my lawyer. Then everything changed dramatically when we went in front of the court and opposing counsel who passed the bar in 2017. What we discussed between client and counsel changed. I felt as though I was paying for the respondent to have two counsel. Mr. Schwarz did a complete 360 to what we discussed. Everything he did was for the benefit of opposing counsel, the respondent. He did not support me, he did not fight for me, he didn’t care, he did not try or put forth any effort, he threw me under the bus. I took him off record immediately, the next day.
