Steve's Plumbing

I used Steve plumbing 1 and half years ago to fix kitchen leak. cost around 4,700 for 3 hours job. When I do kitchen remodel, found he broke the drywall without fixing it, left a hole between floor and crawlspaces, broke crawal space windows, without sealing it. If you decide to choose this business, please watching closely how they will do the job, don't put faith on them.

Steve's was recommended to me by another plumber who didn't offer the service I needed. When I called, they answered the phone and provided a time window for when a tech would arrive. William called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He asked about our issues, did a brief diagnosis and gave me a quote to approve. As he got to work, there were some issues that made the job more difficult and time-consuming than he had probably planned for, but in the end he got the problem fixed, and the final cost matched the original quote. Throughout the process, William was polite and professional, and he did a good job of keeping me informed of progress.

Very dishonest businessman. Charged nearly $800 to defrost pipes and missed some. He wouldn't come back to fix without charging more. DON'T BELIEVE HIS AD which says "100% satisfaction GUARANTEED. ......THIS IS AS BIG LIE. Beware all, this guy is a big rip off! Bothell, Wa.
