Above and beyond! I needed a "second opinion letter" to dispute charges from a bad plumber. After I hired Crown Plumbing to finish what the other plumber abandoned, they went a step further and documented the issues they found and supported me through the dispute process. Who does that? Great, prompt service. They even found a crack in our pipes that we didn't know about and were able to fix it quickly. Thankful they caught it before it caused some serious damage.

After receiving 4 quotes I decided to hire Crown plumbing to do an entire re-pipe job at my house. All quotes were very similar but I felt very comfortable going with Crown as communication with Nathan and office staff were excellent from beginning to end. Tim and Beau did an excellent job especially when we came across an unsuspected drainage problem. We ended up having to add a drain replacement to the original quote that was very fair and Crown was able to immediately schedule more time to our job site so everything could get done in 4 days, including a permit inspection. I recommend them for all your plumbing/sewer problems. They will take good care of you!
