Their tech showed up several hours late, looked at our sink water lines and drain install, quoted $1450.00. When I said it was too high he began telling me they had a "book" of prices and that all plumbers use the same pricing etc. etc. He then told us he didn't have the parts and would have to come back--but that he was due the $38 for showing up.

I called another plumber, $545 and 2-1/2 hours later we were done. No mention of a "book" of prices.

If per chance you meet anyone from Pat's, hold onto your wallet.
