Be careful of the sales ladies. I had bought a pare of Steve Madden shoes in the USA and they where in my suitcase. The suitcase was lost and I had to buy a new pare in the Czech Republic. When I went to this store they didn't have me size but the sales lady garenteed that the shoe would expand, I also asked her about later returning the shoe she told me that I could return it for store credit/ voucher. I specifically asked if there was a 14 day return policy and she said no, she then even said that if I tryed talking to the manager later on I might be able to get the money back. Well I return 12 days later and was told that I could only exchange the item that moment for somthing of not return it at all. I also found out that if I had come after the 14 days I wouldn't be able to return at all. After argument the manager extended the recipt for another week, but it still isn't what I was told and specifically asked when I bought the shoes. At the time on buying there was no sign of anything, only when I was returning was there one, making me think this is not their first time lieing to costumers. So basically they will say anything to get you to buy their stuff.
