Forever 21

It's like a maze... I don't understand the way they have organized their clothes... it is so difficult to find what you are looking for... I now order online to pick up at the store. I also find ridiculous for a big store not to have bathrooms... I had already selected a few pieces to buy but I needed to go to the restroom. I had to leave, run like a crazy woman in the streets to find a restaurant that would do me the favor of letting me use their toilets. So annoying...

This was yesterday. A terrible shopping experience caused by rude staff members that make fun of the tourists. I chose a few items and I could not find the cashier desk I was on the ground level where normally the cashier desk resides therefore I've asked one of the staff "where I can pay for my products" and he said that's "downstairs". I went there and after checking all the corners of the "-1" level I've asked again one of the staff members where I can pay for my products and they said, "It's upstairs". Now, feeling like a total fool, I went upstairs to the same guy who guided me downstairs and I asked him again the same question and he said, "it's in that direction"... and I asked him why he sent me downstairs he said, "by mistake". I've politely asked him how can he make that mistake and he said "because of the accent / it was a human mistake" and when I left he greeted me with "it was a mistake and now get out". For a second I wanted to respond to that but I was with a co-worker and I didn't had the time and nerves to bring this to the manager but hopefully they will sort this out.

My girlfriend bought some nice staff here. I ve been waiting pretty long. There are not any chairs or wifi inside. Anyway, store looks like a good place for young, people.

cheap looking clothes, you can usually find some holes or dirt on them. no system of keeping clothes well in the store! everything is mixed together. one type of coat is hanging beside underwear, and you must make a big afford to find more types as they are everywhere and nowhere though. it was a real mission..

They left the dye tag on my fiance's dress. We had to cut it off or miss our flight. Good selection.

The Store is having great variety but beware of pickpockets roaming in the Store. My phone was picked up from my backpack while shopping in this Store

If you're on to trendy jeans, accessories and stuff... This is the best shop to go Cheaper than other known marks as well.

I love this forever 21 because there is way more choice than in most stores. Loads of variety, big store and cheap clothes!

The store is lacking a certain coherence but the staff is charming

It is located on a street with many well known stores .It has 3 floors and fitting rooms it gets very crowded on weekends
