The store is big and has partial multi levels. There is a lot of merchandise. Not too many many employees on the sales floor. It looked like it could be well organized but there was a lot of messy clothes laying around. The line up was long but moved fairly quickly. The cashier was very friendly and polite.
I saw this feature on sale, and I wanted to double check whether it's actually legitimate or if you guys forgot to replace the feature sign. There were multiple sweater vests on the rack that had a price of $30, and I wanted to know if this was included in the sale. Because the sign goes by .99 pricing i.e., 24.99 = discounted price. Regardless, the feature looked off there's another one like that, and I just want to know if this sale even real cuz the pricing was so good I went to ask an employee about this particular sale and suggested If I can show the feature to her literally 6 steps away to walk with me. I even gave her an example of what I was talking about, but it would have been much better for her to just come with me to see what I was trying to ask which is 1. Is this sale real? 2. Are the sweater vests that YOU guys put on the rack, included. She said "I don't know." At first I paused because maybe she was going to suggest something but she said nothing, and I thought I asked a customer so I said jokingly "do you work here", and she said yes. I explained again, and she said, "I don't know ." And she looked like she wanted to walk away as well, LMAO, but then she suggested to ask the at the front, and there was a very long line, so I was not interested. I asked another employee and she said she's new so she doesn't know. Was she actually new? I don't know, but I'm not going to waste my time in your store even more. Can you guys wear headsets so the communication is consistent and clear? I literally wear one at my retail store. If I'm unable to answer a question for the customer, I ask my supervisor or manager on the headset right away. Or I will go up to the designated people and ask and reassure the customer that I'll be back. I just think this is hilarious because if I did this at my store, my management would literally have a chat about my customer service. Even if you can't wear headsets, can you be informed about your sales, and recognize whether there's a faulty display or not. I get that you guys have a million things to do because it's Christmas szn, but it looks like you want to walk away from the customer . IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've come here a few times but there's not a lot of cotton options that being said I went the other day and there's way too much on display it's off putting. As for staff this was a little before closing and I was checking out a piece of clothing on the table while an associate was nearby I neatly folded it back and yet she rudely took it quickly and did it again and loudly told her co worker that they should close the doors and if not she was going to do it early. I just walked away sighing honestly the level of attitude young people have today smh be grateful you even have a job and keep your gossiping out of customer ear shot.

Hello Every one, Worse experience ! Becarefull three days back i went to their square one location. I bought two Trouser for my brother but the size could fit him I looked for bigger size I could not get I took the iteams to return but I was told they can provide me with their cards to purchase any other iteam in future or as replacement no payment return. If am not staying here what should I do with their cards ???? I talked-about to the store manager she was not having convincing or customer satisfying reply.. she was having only one say this is our policy we can not return te payment, I will make it short the long story their store dose it have return policies , I have advised all my friends and family better visit castco, sport check, Walmart and othere withbest cutomer serice and return clear policies.
Amazing offers, very good range and widest selections. Didn't expect such a good range. We were surprised of the prices and offers today.
The customer service was too poor. They say, they have a return policy, but later when u want to return, they return it through a gift card, and not exactly through your credit card.
The clothes at this store are great. The jewelry however is not so great. I came here a few days ago because my friend got a super cute ring from here and I wanted the same but when I went to find the pack with the ring with her the same exact ring was missing from every single pack. This is ridiculous. Why did the workers take the ring? Fix your staff.
Worst employees ever!! We went on 27th august, Saturday around 8 Pm and the LADY STORE MANAGER argued with us so rudely!! She was RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND YELLING AT US. We got 3 items for 3 for 15$ and the cashier asked us to exchange one item as it wasn’t on sale. We went to check in isle and the item was clearly ON SALE and one of the associates also confirmed that yes it has same barcode so we went to cash counter and then manager came and took us back to aisle for the 3rd time to double check and then started yelling without accepting mistake!! You MUST teach her how to provide good customer service in a calm manner without fighting with customers, no others stores does that!! Completely ruined our shopping experience. This store needs to either re-train their staff or hire some competent people. I will better pay more at other stores and get treated with dignity than getting embarrassed by these employees!! I left the store without buying anything. Please check other reviews on that lady manager as well so no other customers face that ever!!
My kids like the clothes there, but they HAVE WORST customer service. The girl working on the floor had the nastiest attitude and she was the manager as well . Will NEVER return in person.
