The nurse and reception seemed very friendly and professional. The podiatrist was curt and didn't explain anything. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with surgery to be scheduled two months out. I sought a second opinion and left a message saying I would like to cancel surgery a couple of days later. I never received a call back until today, when I was called to confirm a pre-op appointment for tomorrow I was never informed about. Go to Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Twin Tiers instead. Edit: After telling Steuben Podiatry I do not want surgery for a second time, they made a pre-op appointment with my primary care physician which I went to thinking I'd forgotten about a checkup, I received a call from the hospital to go over my insurance information in preparation for the procedure, and now Steuben Podiatry's phone number isn't working.

This place took care of my ingrown toenail that was super infected and even when i didn't know the area at all they told me i could still come in to be checked they numbed my entire foot to feel no pain what so ever this place is definitely a place i will go back in the future even when they put the numb needle in the nurse and doctor told me to breath calmly and relax and it work my ingrown toenail is gone bc of doctor for calming me down and talking to me to keep me from looking at my toe this is a 5 star place that shouldn't be looked at as a 3 star get your appointment here today.

The podiatrist is unprofessional. Do not recommend.
