The person who answered the phone today was absolutely horrible. She wouldn't listen nti a word I said then said I was threatening her cause I told her I wasn't yelling at her. You guys have messed ues up for weeks on something bthats supposed to be serious. She also refusea to let me talk to a manger.

Very unorganized called 4 days in a row and still getting the same run around. Its like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing
