Guthrie Corning Steuben

The obgyn office is a joke. They don't tell you anything they don't so the test the are supposed to do. They try and force to do thing you don't want even after telling them over and over no. They won't answer the phones so they can talk and apparently it takes them over a month to call about lab results and they never call about your surgery that supposed to be less than a month away when they said they would call cause they didn't have time at that moment. Save your time and go to arnot. The are actual doctors and their receptionist know what they are doing and do it the correct way. They will go out of the way to make you feel great about your experience. Save your time and energy and just go to arnot?!!

This place has been nothing but a waste of my time, money and PTO. Took me 2 months to get an appointment for a procedure then show up for the procedure only to find out the doctor isnt in and my appointment wasnt rescheduled nor was I notified, instead Guthrie had me confirm my appointment with another doctor who couldnt do the procedure so to make a long story short, this office wasted my time and money as I now will be getting charged for a specialist visit for nothing!! And to make the situation even worse they re-scheduled me for the procedure again only to tell me its another 5 week wait to get in. Find a different ob gyn as this office is disrespectful and unorganized

Had bloodwork today. Penny is the best!! They even call her one poke Penny!! Other places I've had to be poked multiple times. If I need bloodwork done, even from a different network, I go to Penny!!

I'm from Memphis Tennessee and while I was in town for a festival I got sick. I called at 8:30 am and they had me in there seeing a doctor by 9 am. They didn't have to help me so quickly or go out of their way to treat me, but they did. Thank you guys so much I really appreciated your kindness and the speedy service. Go here if you're ever sick and in a hurry!!
