Sterling Dentistry

My visits to Sterling Dentistry are always great. I have been coming here since I was born. Sterling team makes my smile sparkle everytime I go in for treatment. Doctors are all very easy going and hygienists are just so awesome. Thank you for takings case if my teeth!

I have been going to Dentist Case for over 15 years best Dentist every. and My Hygienist Pervenda very good. The staff at Dentist Case's office make you feel at home.

Was previously a patient at Dr. Case's office for about 2 years. I've had A LOT of work done at her practice and it seems that each time I go in, things end up worse. I've been through 3 different dentists here (Dr.Banga, Dr.H, Dr.Mohammed) and the last F up was when I put my foot down and said no more I'm only dealing with Dr. Case! Don't get me wrong Dr.Case is AMAZING like my second mom, however she is also a very very very busy practioner. Erin & Marcia were a killer team duo at the front!!! However, the inconsistency and high turn over of staff is such a huge turn off and it illuminates in their work. Not to mention, Halyna in billing (not sure if she still works there) is rather incompotent. My insurance notified me that their practice was trying to over charge my insurance not once, but TWICE!! When confronted about it, she totally denied it! Also, there was an instance where coverage for a procedure was not covered and I had to pay the remaining. Instead of calling me to notify me about the outstanding charges, Halyna thought to send an invoice with my brother (who is also a patient) instead. Whatever happened to patient confidentiality? Safe to say, I was livid from this lack of communication and breach . I have not been there in over 2 years, though they still call me religiously to book an appointment. I am one for supporting black owned businesses, however enough is enough. I cannot support inconsistency, dishonesty and incompetency. Sorry Dr.Case!

I have been a patient since 2012 (needed my wisdom teeth removed), and since then I have seen a tremendous difference in the health of my teeth (currently using invisalign). The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I truly believe they are trying to help us improve our health through their suggestions and expertise; ultimately it is upon the individual to make the final decision but I know Dr. Sterling-Case and her staff have steered me in the right path thus far! I highly recommend Sterling dentistry to anyone seeking a really good dental office for themselves and their family.

My experience at Sterling Dentistry has just been an excellent one. The staff is very experienced and professional and provide phenomenal service, especially Dr. Case and Parvinder, who went above and beyond to explain the ortho procedure and initiate the treatment with ease. I highly recommend Sterling Dentistry for their impeccable services and patient care.
