Recently had a cleaning done by Amreen and it was actually a comfortable experience. I’m not a fan dentists but I’d recommend asking for her if you were to visit.
It's my first time with Sterling Dental. I love the way they treated their patients. I went their without appointment and asked them if they can accept walk-in patients. The receptionist named Jaskiran is very polite and professional. She helped me to book an appointment on a same day. The hygienist Manija is very good and she provided me good services. Dentist Assistant Margaret did my x-ray. She was too good in her work. Dr. Ahmed is very good. He explained everything to me and how I can overcome the chances of Cavity etc. He did filling. I highly recommend this clinic. I will visit again.
I had an appointment on March 15, 2021 @11pm, and I absolutely loved the service that both hygienist and the Dentist gave. They were really concerned about my concerns, and did their best to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. The Dentist also took her time to do the work that needed to be completed and told me that "she will not rush because she wants to ensure that she does the job to the best of her ability, and that I am happy and satisfied!" That made me feel so good! Overall great staff team and the reception are very warm individuals.. I would reccomend the Sterling Dental Gillingham location for anyone who is looking for a good clinic.
Dr. Ahmed is very thorough and careful with his care. Also very friendly. I had a few cavities looked after by him and it was such a smooth experience and quick! Highly recommended him. Also his hygienist Rosie is excellent , both very professional and pleasant.
Receptionist are very nice at this location. But when it comes to the “dentists”at this location they truly suck they treat your mouth like your some kind of animal they are too harsh and leave your mouth injured for days like come on be more gentle with your patients treat us like you would like to be treated. I would like for management to please take there time to please observe the work this people are doing and do constant surveys in how patients are being treated after there appointments. I will never be going back to this location.
I had an emergency broken front teeth last week, the Sterling dental team fixed me up. I have a brand new teeth, very exciting. I got a couple of fillings also yesterday. It's just the hospitality the team has make me wanted to get more referrals for them. Thank you team!!!!
Horrible place, DO NOT GO THERE, they will mess up your teeth! Had filling done there months ago and my teeth are still very sensitive. One side of my mouth is completely useless to me now. I was fine until they did their thing. Went for regular cleaning, they said I had cavity that had to be fixed and I agreed greatest mistake of my life!. They succeeded in exhausting my insurance and left me no option to fix the problem they created for me. From the front desk to the dentist, bunch of highly unprofessional people, you have to give credit to whoever made it possible to have them all in one place! Such strange feat.
I have been going to Sterling dental at Gillingham Dr for quite awhile now.The nurses secretary,s and the hygentist are some f the most polite and caring people I know.it had come a time for new dentures anddenturist Ana's,was fantastic.He explained the whole thing tome and again as we went along.Avery compassionate man and caring.very proud of his work as he should be.I would always recommend Sterling and these bright dental stars at the Gillingham location thank you for giving me back my confidence.
I always love going to this location on Gillingham. This location in particular has amazing receptionists that are kind informative and patient. The hygienist and dentists are amazing as well. Feels like I’m meeting up with family on each visit. Thanks for the great work everyone.
Everyone was professional. This office is on time and works efficiently. I was pleased with the result of my visits. The team that worked on me did a great job. I went to the location at 10 Gillingham Drive.
