Great place to take your kids! This extraordinary kids oriented place specializes on children and you know it the minute you walk in, the rooms are decorated and the waiting room plays their favorite cartoons. The staff is very patient and explain everything to detail to the kids. They make them feel very comfortable and comfort them if they cry. Thank you for a great experience both my 3 and 5 year old say they love the dentist and don't cry. They love that they get a toy at the end of their visit and a bag with goodies for their teeth with a toothbrush of their favorite characters.
I have been bringing my kids here since they were little. I can not say enough about this place. They eliminated my child’s fear of dentistry. The time and energy they put into that process was impressive. Each visit they explemify kindness, compassion and professionalism. Everything from booking, to reminders, to direct billing is done right. Makes it easy in all ways. I would highly recommend this place for any child as it provides a positive experience at the dentist that will stay with them forever.
I am appalled at how incompetent this place is. I took my 2.4 year old here because she had facial swelling on the left and complained of tooth pain, literally showing me where the pain was on her left upper tooth in the back. She didn't sleep all night because she was in pain. Took her to the dentist and the dentist and nurse said they didn't see any swelling and said she thought it was her chubby cheeks in a joking way. They did not thoroughly examine her at all or take it too seriously.. Didn't even ask to see a picture of her before because if they did, they would see the obvious asymmetry in her face. The dentist didn't even do her due diligence and I am talking about basic assessment measures.. Didn't tap her teeth to identify pain, didn't do an x-ray even though she found a cavity on the left upper tooth that my child kept pointing to. She just did a "protective sealant" saying there was no swelling in the gums so she should be good. BUT MY KID WAS STILL IN PAIN. Any person would know to do an X-ray to investigate further to see if there is a deeper infection especially if you cannot see it right away and ESPECIALLY if there is facial swelling and pain. Well the next day, my child had facial swelling on the left that went up to her eye and had a fever. Took her to sick kids hospital they are amazing, did an x ray right away without any issues and found an infection, immediately extracting her tooth. The dentist at the hospital was appalled at how an x ray was never even done at park place.She called the park place dentist and the dentist at park place said that they cannot do an x ray without sedating the child which is insane! Sick kids was able to do an X ray without sedation and I have never been to a dentist growing up where I was sedated for an X-RAY. My poor child was right the whole entire time and the dentist at park place brushed it all off. All she had to do was listen to what my kid and I were saying. ANY person without a dental background would tell you that this looked like a deeper infection. How are there dentists like this? Who cannot even do the basics? It is crazy to think that these are the people we turn to and trust with our children's teeth. Never will I step foot in this incompetent place. Please take our kids seriously.
I have taken my grandson, Ryan, here since he was 4 or 5 years old. He is now 14 and has had excellent care all those years. I now take my granddaughter, Avery, to Park Place. She’s 4 years old. Today she had a check up and cleaning. Angelini was her hygienist! She was absolutely fabulous. She explained everything to Avery before she did anything and made her feel so comfortable! It was a great experience for Avery! All the staff are great! We wouldn’t take our kids anywhere else! Keep up the wonderful work!
The Dentist is very incompetent. Did a protective covering on my daughter's infected tooth without doing any pre checks. This place performs unsafe procedures to get money if you have insurance. To all parents,please do your research before coming to this dentist. Your child's safety is more important. I don't mind paying any sum of money if it helps my daughter but if it causes more harm especially if the practices are unethical, that is not acceptable.
Pretty decent place. Dentist was able to get my darling follow all the commands and my daughter followed very well. She was able to strike the right note, very first time. Bingo.. Fully recommend for our juniors.
Disgusting how they keep re-booking, canceling clients the last minute: No value for clients at all. Asking for a booking for the next 3 months, saying they are fully booked, in fact they were the ones who cancelled.
Had a pleasant experience here, they where able to give me an appointment the next day to have my daughter seen and they where super patient with her. 10/10 thank you guys.
We had the worst experience at this place. We took our 3 yr old daughter some time ago for cleaning. As soon as we entered, there was no warmness in any of the staff. We got the feeling all they wanted was our insurance info and money. The dentist or the staff had no discussions with us whatsoever, and literally asked us to hold my daughter down so they can clean her teeth. I hate to say but she even got injured in the process. My daughter is still traumatized from this experience. I wouldn’t even go to this place if this was the last place in the world for dentist! I am surprised this is called a paediatric dentist place. A HUGE NO!! Do not take your child here if you want to be treated like a human while getting dental work done.
Honestly.. this place operates as a factory. As a parent with a busy schedule, yes.. speed and efficiency are important but not at the expense of care for my child. This place suggest that they are experts in dealing with children. However, they move them in and out for efficiency of revenue not for care. Their strategy is to make the first two visits as pleasurable as possible and then it is all down hill from there. Any sign of a slight deviation from the time they allocate results in “let’s use gas to calm them”. Seriously ? On a 6 year old ? Oh did I mention that they want to charge you $100 to do that ? And the potential effects in a child. They should anticipate that not every child will have a perfect experience. They are children, after all. So instead of care and attention, they allocate the estimated time based on their factory / manufacturing approach and optimize for revenue. They then force another appointment within short proximity of the first in order to generate a second visit revenue. Which is frankly a disgusting practice when you are dealing in a medical field. Is your practiced focused on the balance of care of your patients or churn and burn ? Parents be cautioned. This is the approach take your kids elsewhere they just want to dig into your pockets and pull out as much as they possibly can
