Would of given score 0 but not possible. Seeing him for 30 years but the last 10 he is less interested. Can never get a morning appointment unless you get blood tests done $$$$. Can never reach his secretary Carolin whom is nice. I once took my car to the office to get an appointment because after 10 days still no return of any kind. I have now put my name on a waiting list for a new doctor and have logged a formal complaint to Office des médecins du Québec to advise of the poor service and lack of help from him. 4 members of my family changed before but I was unwilling to make a change. Having him give me nothing so having no family makes no difference. I am the one talking about preventive issues. He is lost in his papers.

This man deserves a medal! He is professional, always takes time to listen to you. He's so knowledgable and always willing to help and steer you in the right direction. His secretary Carolin is a gem! Dr. Greenberg has helped me so much in the years that I have been with him. I owe him so much. Thanks for being great at what you do! People like you are rare!

I have been his patient for more than 20 years. I used to be very satisfied by his competence and willingness to help. This was long time ago. In the past years he has shown less and less interest in helping me. I do not know what happened to him. During these times of pandemic I see that some of his patients are having video appointments with Dr. Greenberg. I cannot say the same. I have been trying to talk to him for almost a year. Last Summer I walked in to have an appointment and Carolin , his secretary she is a very nice person, by the way, told me that she will put me down for an appointment for later in September, but she is not sure that he will see me. I did not understand the message, because his waiting room was full. In the end, I did not see him. Now I have been having a lot of health issues and I need to have referrals from my family doctor. I wrote an e-mail, explaining my situation, I called and left messages, but the only thing I got was that Carolin was going to tell him to call me. I am still waiting. During these difficult times we are advised not to neglect our health. Well, I do not neglect my health, it is doctors who neglect us. Problem is that we do not have access to other family doctors and we have to wait, and wait for the ones we have to give us some attention, if it pleases them. I am disappointed and frustrated.

Excellent doctor. Saw him for my aviation medical exam. He was thorough and caring. Highly recommend.

Impossible to reach the clinic. Tried on multiple occasions at different times of day. Phone calls are never answered and am never called back.

Staff is completely incompetent and very disrespectful towards patients. Avoid at all costs.
