I have been a patient of Dr. Koby for almost 30 years. He delivered my 27 year old son and 22 year old daughter. I had great care throughout my pregnancies. Yes. The lines are always busy to get through but Aggie & Dominique have been wonderful throughout the years. I actually called today to get an appointment and got through on the second time. Astonishing : I even got an appointment for 4 weeks from today!
I’ve had Dr Koby for over 40 years and find he is very respectful and gentle. Great thing he’s got the ultrasound equipment in his office , results are given on the spot no waiting. Very thankful Dr Koby helped me give birth to both my children. Very dedicated doctor, no matter the time of day! He’s there to help and i always felt i was being very well taken care of.
Dr. I saw was nice and came recommended, so that is not the issue. However, my 1-star review has to do with the reception - getting through to cancel/book an appointment is an absolute nightmare. I've called upwards of 10 times in the last day and get the same "sorry we're closed" message every time even though I am calling past 10am. No option to leave a voicemail either... totally unacceptable.
They never answer their phone impossible to join them to take an appointment with doctor !!! I have to come there pregnant each time to book an appointment with my doctor . Please do something to improve your service ! Lawrence Koby is a good doctor but receptionist never answer and there’s two sometimes 3 of them and the phone is ringing and they put it on hold or hang up all the time .
Amazing doctor. He delivered my three boys. I had great care a follow-ups through all my pregnancies. You have to go through long wait time during your appointments but it is only because he goes to his patients deliveries. I delivered all 3 times during the night and all 3 times he was with me in the room. My second pregnancy was complicated and Dr. Koby made sure I get the second opinion. He invited the doctor to his clinic for it.
We were advised by Dr. Koby during his hours in Jewish hospital. As said by others the doctor is one of the very few who will take up all patients for delivery and despite the numbers he takes upmost care of all his patients and guides them through the process. He has such a cheerful and pleasant personality and his extensive experience shows when guiding the patients. Thank you Dr. Koby for the amazing follow-ups and care shown by you and your team. You guys are the real heroes.
Amazing Drs at this clinic. With that being said, it's very difficult to get through on the phone to make appointments. Sometimes it feels nearly impossible to reach anyone, the phone line will actually just have a busy tone for hours and sometimes days. Quite frusrating when you need to see a Dr. And expect VERY long wait times, this is an incredibly busy clinic.
Doctor koby followed me and delivered my son. There’s always a long wait time during office visit but that’s because he’s one of the very few doctors who deliver ALL of his patients. He’s always nice and calme . The delivery at the royal vic was unforgettable!
Without going into details.... I had an issue for over 10 years that caused other issues and all the doctors i saw were simply telling me to lose weight and go home. Nobody believed my symptoms or took me seriously and they weren't listening. How can they with a 5 min appointment? I met Dr. Koby in January 2018 and brought me back hope, he listened and immediately found the problem and referred me to the right expert. He did more than what my family doctor did for me. He's an amazing person and DR. and finally god listened to my prayers... In just a few months my problem was found and i'm healing now...
VERY long wait times but Dr. Koby is quick and efficient in the appointment. He delivered my first baby and will be delivering my second. Highly recommend.
