Stems and Vines Floral Studio

I really love Stems and Vines floral arrangements at my nieces wedding! Beautiful flowers that were strong and healthy. Flowers lasted throughout the day and still looked fresh! My daughter is already talking with Donna about her wedding coming up! There is no one else we would want to help us with her wedding flowers!

DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS FROM STEMS AND VINES! I was consistently disappointed with the service at Stems and Vines. I hired Donna and paid a significant amount of money to take care of my floral needs for my wedding. I met with her at the shop for our first meeting and she seemed nice and I liked her aesthetic. Following our meeting I sent her over design ideas for my bridal bouquet as well as the boutonnieres corsages etc. After that it was crickets from her for about a month. I sent a reminder email and she finally responded stating that she'd forgotten about me... not a great sign but since I'm not from the area I wanted to give her some leeway. She provided a quote, which I agreed to and she sent me over the dates that I would need to adhere to along with Stems and Vines for the wedding. I agreed and paid my initial deposit. Then I didn't hear anything else for a few months. The wedding date was approaching and I called to pay the remaining balance and check in on how things were progressing. She answered the phone and said "Oh I've been meaning to call you, I don't think I'll be able to do your bouquet." Uhhhhh WHAT??? I talked it out with her and decided to drive up and see what was going on, since it seemed too late to go to a different florist at that time. I traveled an hour and a half to get there. When I arrived she pulled out her "folder" with my specs and showed me the bouquet she'd been working against. IT WASN'T MY BOUQUET I'D SENT HER!!! I told her as much, and immediately emailed her the correct picture AGAIN. Upon seeing my correct bouquet she said "oh yeah, that's not a problem." Wow, I drove all the way here essentially for nothing because you didn't have your ducks in a row... ok. I checked in again a week later, as my confidence was way down at this point. She answered the phone and said she was having trouble getting flowers for my bouquet because they were too expensive. ???!!! What? I talked it out with her and made concessions and paid her more money (what was I thinking, I have no clue) I checked in again another week later and she said she was still looking around but that some flowers had come in (they were silk) and I should come take a look. We agreed to meet at 2 that Saturday. Again I drove the 1.5 hours to get there and the store was CLOSED!!! No call, no answer when I called, NOTHING. So I drove all the way home absolutely upset. It was only a week til my wedding and I was stuck. I called her a couple days later to ensure everything would be ready Friday for my wedding Saturday and she said it would. I didn't bring up her disappearing act, but just let it be. Friday my parents flew in and my Mom and I went to pick up the flowers at about 11. We show up and Donna says "Oh I don't have your flowers ready yet. They won't be done until tomorrow." WHAT??? I explained that would not be acceptable because Saturday would be so hectic, and we'd agreed on Friday in the first place. Just absolutely ridiculous. THEN SHE SAYS, get this, " I wasn't able to get the flowers you wanted for the corsages and boutonnieres because of the hurricane so I was just going to use lilies... UMMM NO that won't match anything else. And why didn't she CALL ME so we could decide what to do?! Instead she just springs it on me when I got there. I was pretty PO'd . We then find a substitute that's not nearly as good as what we'd agreed upon in the first place, but whatever. She says she'll have it ready for me that afternoon. She text me later (HELLO she had my number the whole time and never text me before when she should have!) I went and picked up the flowers and they were ok. Not amazing, not gorgeous, just ok. I should have gone to Saint Cloud Floral instead, as I've now heard that they are awesome. Soooo lesson learned, trust your instincts and DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS FROM STEMS AND VINES!

I've used them many times for many occasions. I've always found them to be helpful, courteous with fair pricing. I recommend them to everyone.

I was just given a stunning arrangement from my husband. Its Beautiful! Love love love it!! Stems and Vines Floral Studio has superior quality and knows how to design stylish and unique arrangements. I was a florist for many years and this shop knows its stuff!

I got my wedding flowers from here and they looked amazing! I showed donna a picture of what I was looking for and she recreated it exactly!
