St Cloud Floral

Ordered arrangement to be delivered for a friend suffering a loss in the family. Not only were they delivered the same day for no extra charge, but the friend called the next day to thank me for the 'most beautiful' flowers that came with a lantern and candle. His family lit the candle and interacted with the arrangement in a special, impromptu moment to celebrate a beloved one's life. Thank you St. Cloud Floral!

Stopped in to look for some flowers for Mother's Day and was immediately greeted when I reached the flowers. The lady also asked if she could help me with anything. After looking for a bit I decided to place an order for some purple roses. She let me know that the color may be slightly darker than what they had on display which was a nice heads up because the color was in fact quite different but I had been expecting it. The flowers opened up nicely and lasted several weeks. Also I have to say I have never had roses smell this good and for this long! When I picked up my order they were again very friendly and did a very nice job wrapping everything up for me and made sure that I had a card filled out to add to my flowers when they wrapped them. I will gladly purchase from this establishment again. Thank you for your kind and helpful service :)

I needed an arrangement for a Celebration of Life Memorial Service the same day I called and they actually stopped the delivery van as it was leaving to accommodate my order. The florist I spoke to was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great experience with St. Cloud Florist! I would highly recommend them.

St Cloud Floral does such beautiful work! I am a wedding photographer and recently worked a wedding with them and LOVED the floral they designed for the couple's big day! Absolutely beautiful!

I stopped by and asked for half a dozen loose roses, and after half an hour of waiting I was given 6 flowers in a vase. After complaining I was told that they do not sell flowers without the vase, and they said they could take the roses out of the vase but would still charge me the full amount. They did not seem to be equipped to send customers home with a vase arrangement, as they only had a small box to keep it from tipping did no other wrapping. Prices are also above what you would pay elsewhere in town. However they were very interested in upselling me for other items.
