I'm still unable to get a call back to fix an installation problem since May. I've called four times and written too. A nice lady answers the phone and promises that someone will call. Never happens. I'm going to call Generac and see see if they can help.

All I can say is "Amazing" Prompt and fast, had to relocate wires in the wall that re-modelers uncovered. Saved the day, will not hesitate to use Stein in the future and recommend them. Very professional, Jeff and Nick are welcome back any-time.

My Generac generator was on the fritz so I called Stein. Their techs fixed it in about an hour and did not insanely mark up the replacement part's price like most places do. They are an honest company that I will be using again.

I would recommend this company for any of your needs. They actually left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I didnt have to ask them to take their shoes off, they just did every single time they came in and they left them on the porch. The installed a whole home Generac generator. They were courteous, thoughtful and their prices are excellent. The entire process from contacting them for a quote, to setting up paperwork for my association, to the install was totally seamless.
