Hired them to come in for a electric job that needed immediate attention, he came in, Was very hostile and impatient right off the bat, and charged me a ridiculous amount of money simply because he came on a weekend. Told him to send the bill to a certain address, he apparently must have sent the bill to the wrong address, so when 3 weeks passed by without receiving a bill we thought it may still be on the way, the dude called me with a very accusatory tone pretty much demanding his money ( i had every intention of paying him as soon as i received the invoice) Told him I would send it out in the mail but he felt the need to come and personally pick it up.... quite unprofessional and honestly felt threatened by his behavior, will NOT be ever calling them again

Its a crap shoot with them. sometimes very nice -- sometimes - well. I'd been using them as my electrician of choice - then suddenly they're busy as they got some 'big jobs' and so I waited over a month for a small job of 2 electrical outlet my tenant said were dead. Tiny job, low priority. Waited 1/2 a day on the appointment day on 'stand by' as they weren't sure they had a guy to come out, then they decided, no they weren't going to make it - so we ended up eventually, after all of that - rescheduled - Next, they put it first thing in the am and used some guys on the way to their big job for the day, so they had 2 electricians. Turned out all the wiring was fine and only one GFCI needed replacing as it was painted and not working. Took them a half hour and they charged me $193 for 2 electricians on the clock. So there you go. When they get not so busy again they'll have a lull and wonder where all of their loyal customers went. Loyalty swings both ways. So long Gainsley Electric!
