Went to get some tea for my sister and I, plus some for a Christmas gift. Only to find out that they are closed for the winter season... I don't understand why either, there was no explanation. I would think winter would be busy season, ya know a nice hot cup of tea on cold, rainy days? I think at the very least it should be listed on Google and other platforms as temporarily closed. That way I wouldn't have had to waste my gas driving to Bainbridge. Edit: Just noticed also that their hours in Google don't line up with the hours sign on the door either..
Wonderful place, wonderful teas, wonderful employees. My sister and I stopped in on a whim and ended up purchasing a variety of lovely teas to both enjoy ourselves and to give as gifts. The employee working I’m sorry I didn’t remember your name was so kind and helpful in the selection process. Pineapple Kai is officially a FAVORITE of mine. We will be back!
Beautiful tea shop! Felt comfortable to take my time and smell as many teas as I needed to make my choice. Employee was very friendly and knowledgeable about the teas. She gave helpful advice. Highly recommend to tea lovers!

Kind of rude. I waited around for a while, and I was in line trying to purchase items, and their staff assisted people who arrived after me instead. Skip it, go somewhere that isn't a chain. Edited to add: Yes, if I have been to your locations in Hawaii and in Washington, you're a chain, deal with it. Even if your expansion to the middle of the ocean didn't end up working out, your stores haven't exactly all been located in Seattle.
Very friendly staff and clean store! Their teas are well stocked, with everything you can imagine! From flowering teas to caffinated teas, and anything in-between.. I'll always find it there.
