Very nice customer service. They helped me put together a weird request without blinking an eye. Lovely selection. Gift shop is great too. Pretty much a must visit.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom's birthday. I don't live in Algoma, but my Mom works there. I paid $56 for the smallest, most insignificant bouquet I have ever seen. I ordered them online, and had checked a box that said substitutions could be made. Bad Mistake! The entire thing was a substitution! The vase was different, the fullness was not there, the flowers were all different in some way, and on top of that, I paid extra to have a balloon sent along, which was also not there. They never tried to contact me to let me know of all the changes that were going to be made. I ordered more than a week ahead of time. She told me that I should have called, like I am supposed to know that they are out of everything, and have a "helium shortage". Talking to the lady on the phone only made me feel worse. She told me that the pictures online are only supposed to give you an IDEA, not a picture of what your flowers are going to look like. WHO DOES THAT? What you order online should be what you are getting, and it should look the same!!! If it's not going to look the same, then why even show pictures?? I have ordered flowers online before and been completely satisfied. They in no way want to have happy, satisfied customers. She argued with me for almost a half an hour on the phone, and kept going back to the fact that I had checked the substitutions box. She even was yelling at sometimes, even though I never raised my voice. I would never again order flowers here, and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone else!

Poor service. Pictures were not professional. The customer is not always right at this store thats for sure.
