I called today I order some flowers for a place that is right down the steet from were this florist is located. When I called I asked if I could have some flowers delivered down the road and the lady that I talked to asked when I wanted them delivered and I said sometime today...I called at (8am) She simply said I cant do it today. That was it no explaining why or maybe she was really busy just simply nope I cant do it today. All I said was umm okay and she then said bye. I work in customer serivce and that was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Shouldnt you be happy with business?? Or at least say Im so sorry I would love to but Im really busy and will be unable to do that today. Dont go here!
