I have never been disappointing in flower I have sent from anywhere before, but the flowers sent to my aunt's funeral were embarrassing. I ordered a Joyful Memory bouquet for $92.95 and I could have gotten a nicer bouquet from a grocery store for about $30 for what was delivered. The description said the bouquet included lavender larkspur and roses, deep purple asters, pure white gladioli and the softest pink heather. I understand the need for some substitutions but this was ridiculous. Four spider mums were substituted for the roses, snapdragons that did not even stand tall were substituted for the gladiolas. There was a sprig of a small lavender flower and the rest was filled in with a few white carnations and greens. None of the substitutions made this bouquet worth the price. I don't write reviews by I was so embarrassed by what was sent I had to post. Maybe this isn't their standard but it will keep me from being a return customer

Very nice owner and staff, they do great work, lots of gifts, and a florist business done right!

My wedding flowers were beautiful!!! I had succulents added to my bouquet, and they looked even better than what I had imagined!!! Great prices too! Would highly recommend them!!!!

I ordered a plant/flowers for my sister-in law who lives in Luxemburg, we live south of the Dells. I received a picture of what was sent and it was just beautiful!! So much more than most. I would recommend this florist without question!! Thanks Sandy
