The front desk personnel greeted us warmly & set us up with the most amazing suite with separate kitchenette, seating area,  & bedroom. The kindness & consideration in room selection gave us a quiet, clean, & cozy environment to relax from a long day of driving. Renovations were in progress & the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but it didn’t detract from our stay being one of the most comfortable we have experienced in years. Only drawback was the one elevator, it was efficient & quiet, but a second elevator would be a plus.

It was wonderful experience for my family and I, We enjoyed the pool the hospitality, and also the workers in the kitchen. They were so kind to help with breakfast to bring to my children. And front desk. Staff made sure that we had everything we need to accommodate and to have a comfortable stay.

Room size and layout was excellent. However, we booked a room for 5 people that has 2 double beds and a pullout couch. There were no extra blankets for anyone to sleep on the couch so my husband slept with no covers.. called front desk and they were “out of blankets”, and asked if I’d like a blanket in the morning……………. Hot tub was also closed

First off, the hotel itself was clean, the rooms were big and the staff were great. The breakfast and the special evenings where they had food were also great and the kids really enjoyed it.  However, the elevator was down for probably five of the 8 days we were there, my brother got stuck in it twice. I realize it's not the staff's fault but we we're not given any compensation for the inconvenience other than a few hotel points we will probably never use. My 73-year-old mom had to walk up four flights of stairs multiple times a day. It was a bit of a disappointment that management didn't understand that it wasn't just a minor inconvenience for her. My rating reflects how they dealt with this situation. Had it not been for this, I probably would have given them a five-star rating.

Should improve breakfast experience. I had been in other Staybridge locations and always the breakfast is top service. Tea selection is lame. On top of this, the hotel turns into a noisy environment on weekends due to lack of rules for kids and noisy guests. During my stay two drunk guys started fighting and set the fire alarm creating a panic moment at 3:30 am. The amazing was that the hotel didn't kick out the unruly guests.

Honestly this hotel is AMAZING Kitchens in big comfortable rooms. Great pool and hot tub. Available pantry. Continental breakfast. And so close to so many great places for shopping and eating...just SO GOOD. I can't wait to come back again!
