Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

Their manager were in vacation, u though we will have a nightmare, but We had the best service i could ask for. Since my mom has some health condition, we had to ask them for a list of stuff and they were very helpful. They even took us to the airport. Very Comfort hotel. Thanks for all. Recomending for those who apriciate personal service.

Room was very clean, not quite as nice as the photos but smelled of smoke.Rooms: 3/5

A family member just spent the night. No elevator, having to carry their luggage up to stairs. No AC. Got bitten on the leg in the night. I don't recommend this place.Rooms: 1/5

We just checked in and there were 2 cockroaches in the room. I am disgusted and it's almost midnight. We are checking out tomorrow. The staff however is very friendly.

Bathroom didn't feel very clean, and the shower door only covered half of the shower, which made water spray all over the floor if you weren't careful. Windows were boarded up, no natural light in the room. Beds were reasonably comfortable though, and the price was fair. Breakfast was good. They had cold crepes, delicious croissants, baguettes, various jellys/toppings, fruit, and cereals.

Recently renovated rooms are very small but clean. Make sure to check the room, as the first one we got still smelled paint, but the reception was able to move us to another room, and all for a ground level room if you do not want to carry your luggages up the stairs. Bed was comfortable. The reception is at the restaurant. Food is correct, and there is nothing else decent around to eat. This is a business area, not sexy, but practical if you have a connection at Orly airport. The shuttle to the airport is convenient and free, runs every 30mn in the early morning and late afternoon. Check exact timing with the hotel; pick up location is in front of each terminal. Price was correct, compare to other options around.

Just a little warning for those who might not know/realise. This isn't a hotel in the usual sense. The 'rooms' are more like an outside motel and not housed within a hotel building. Your room will be situated within a low rise block that looks like flats with security shutters over the windows and the door off of the external balcony opens directly into your room. It doesn't feel particularly safe. The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful but the motel setup feels less secure than a room within a hotel.

Close to the airport, 24hr checkin was good, but a little confusing at night. Rooms where clean and simple with comfortable beds and sheets, they have free coffee and tea which was nice. Not very elaborate. The building looked a little old on the outside. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER! There is a night club across the street and we could hear the music and feel the vibrations all night long. The walls are thin on top of that and you can hear the neighbours. The place is OK, not sure it's worth the price.
