State Street Scoops

Bad customer service, hair in the food, the prices are way too expensive. Their food is cheap, the chicken is nothing but end trails, and the wait for the food is always more than twenty minutes no matter how busy it is. This is the worst place to eat in Big Rapids. I will never eat here again and I will preach to everyone who will listen about how horrible this place turned out to be. Wish it was still DQ!!!!!!! I have included a picture of my food from today 04/29/2018, in my chicken basket I also receive a free complimentary hair.

Order double fudge chocolate shakes & strawberry shakes. Tasted good & topped with whip cream & cherry. Small parking lot. Nice size parking lot in small park behind building. Park has benches& stream run thru it. Great place eat your treats at.

Went here they had hardly nothing on their menu. No soft serve ice cream, no chocolate ice cream, no hot fudge, but claimed they could make a parfait? I ordered two for us an when I got it my jaw just dropped it was like a baby size portion, one scoop of ice cream if that. After paying $11.00 for something I wouldn’t pay $3.00 for I definitely wont be back. We ate them in two minutes and went to the frozen yogurt place for a real ice cream.

Love the soft severed ice cream here. Twisters are my go to and the staff is always fast and friendly.

Very good service, excellent food, and multitude of choices. Can be very busy at time with a significant wait in line.

Classic place. A Staple of Big Rapids!! With the park right next door. The location is great for a walk during our after your choice of goodies!

Ordered a banana split. They gave me vanilla ice cream with bananas, whipped cream and chocolate syrup. It would have been nice to get the strawberry and pineapple.

New CedarCrest ice cream is amazing! Soft serve tastes delicious. Flurries are overflowing! I didn’t used to like this place much under the previous owners, but now I love the ice cream! Service is always kind and helpful. Not to mention the cool new menus. Prices are just right. Last owners we’re all over the place and the staff always seemed down, but now everything's positive! It’s a regular spot for me now.

Staff was very friendly, but the ice cream is terrible! Soft serve is like it's freezer burnt or something... weird texture and doesn't taste good. I got mine dipped in chocolate and the chocolate was watered down and nasty. My dog wouldn't even eat her pup cup if that tells you anything... won't be going back

Kyla was extremely helpful. She helped me with the menu items and explained what each one contained. This is my first time at BR Scoops, the ice cream was great and delicious. Kyla was main superstar and gave us excellent choices to choose from. Kyla was a superstar.
