Very poor customer service, they will hand you cold food when you ask for cooked to order…Now I know fast food isn’t going to be 100% quality however, when you try to ensure the food is HOT at the very least you shouldn’t feel like you’re asking too much! Cathy, the lady serving the cold food ensured me that it just came up and was hot—when I told her it wasn’t she persistently told me she wasn’t making me fresh and was extremely rude about it. I had to get out of my vehicle and go into the lobby to ensure I would be getting hot food—so sad that I was made SO upset from the horrible service considering how nice I was from the start of my order! Do better & be better people a little kindness goes a long way even at Burger King or any fast food joint at that!
It seems the sandwich maker either can't read or simply doesn't bother. When you charge someone for extra of something you should at minimum probably not just skip putting said item on. I've gone to this location a few times throughout the last few years and have yet to actually get an order the way I ordered it. Not only is this bk more expensive in general than a lot of locations but can't seem to get competent employees. I'm not a fan of mcdonalds but I'll go there if I'm in big rapids before going to this bk again.
The only reason I go is to take my 5-year-old grandson there to play on the indoor playground. I don't need to tell anyone how bad, poisonous whatever you want to call it, fast food is for you lolFood: 3/5
My food is almost accurate every time. Once of the several times I've gone, my order was not accurate. They did an excellent job at correcting the order. They have really good customer service that keeps me coming back. Also it's clean and so is the play room.Food: 5/5
Burgers, nuggets and rings was cold with super hot fries! Kinda upsetting plus the lemonade has no flavor! 1 out of 5 stars.Food: 1/5
Person taking money was friendly. Person handling out the food, never said a word hand out bag of food and the drinks not one word from her. I like burger King burgers that's why I went to it. We be back at that one anytime soon.Food: 4/5

We don't eat fast food very often we were very tired from driving home, so we decided to stop at Burger King it was hot ,fresh, and tasted really good Food: 5/5
No problem at all with this particular Burger king. We always go in there when we have coupons and are traveling on the road. I just love their Whopper I think it's one of the best burgers you can buy for the money.
