I try to visit this store every Christmas season. Unique gifts from around Michigan. And u can't leave without kilwins chocolates!
A nice place for a sweet treat in downtown Big Rapids. They have a good selection of homemade sweets such as chocolate covered pretzels, gummies, ice cream and more. There is also an attached gift shop in the back.

I love Kilwins and have forever! When we drove past this Kilwins on vacation I immediately made the car turn around so that I could go in. This store is absolutely adorable and has all the treats including an extra store in the back to shop in. My only complaint would be there is no samples anymore .
What a great find. The atmospere was delightful. The ice cream was delicious. The service was exceptional. I enjoyed the smell of chocolate as we entered as well as watching someone making carmel. The gift shop was very charming. Overall it was a very lovely visit and if I'm ever in the area again I would return.
Very disappointed with our purchase. We spent nearly $100 on fudge and chocolate for gifts and when we opened a box at home the fudge was dry and crumbly. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh fudge. Selection was limited and prices were higher than other Kilwins stores we’ve been to. In reply to your response, we bought it this afternoon and opened it a couple of hours later.
Excellent sweets, with attentive knowledgeable staff.
I love this store. My fiance took me here when we first started dating for ice cream. I smile when I go there because it brings up thoses happy memories.The staff is so friendly and the sweet treats are amazing.
