Starbucks

I’ve been wondering why the iced shaken espressos from this place are so weak….they use blonde espresso without asking. I never asked for it to be made with blonde espresso and my usual Starbucks uses regular espresso.

If you stop in to this Starbucks, plan to wait 1/2 hour. There are so many mobile orders that if you walk in to order, you’ll be waiting a very long time. I’ve been here probably 5 times and it’s always this way. They need more staff. I feel sorry for them.

While I love their caramel machiato, I think it's egregious that they charge almost a dollar more when I request oat milk oat milk has far less environmental impact than any other milk. Also if I get the caramel machiato cold, it's not blended.... the caramel is stuck at the bottom and there's no way for me to mix it up without spilling it. I've avoided going here for almost a year because I'm boycotting the ridiculous prices and the fact that you have to now use 200 points to get a free drink instead of 150. Ridiculous.

I love this strawberry refresher from Starbucks it’s just a refresher with light ice idk why there is no strawberries but still amazing it tastes better without Kid-friendliness: It is safe for little ones

HORRIBLE WEBSITE AND AVAILABILITY OF MENU ITEMS !!!!! Trying to access the lunch menu items, the site gives a poor description of the items; half of the items are unavailable at any particular location and there is no way to search for a location that it is available. I changed to 4 different locations in my area , finally gave up looking for turkey provolone, selected a less desirable option that the site claimed was available, but when I went to place the order, it wasn’t available either. I am completely dissatisfied and will probably never try to order lunch from Starbucks again. This has totally changed my outlook on this franchise. If you’re looking for something other than coffee, I suggest you go somewhere else.

With how long your drive thru lines are most days, you’d think you’d put the sign indicating CASH ONLY somewhere closer to the entrance than right at the speaker after waiting 25 minutes in line. Like who forgot to use their brain this morning?

Nice place, crew is polite, professional and very friendly..place is always busy, but they are very fast in fulfilling the orders and coffee was always great too! Highly recommend it

Ordered decaf coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was served warm, not hot at all.Food: 1/5

So happy they are open on the inside again. Great service very comfortable seating. Staff was great. Bath rooms were stocked and clean. Drinks were consistent like all other star bucks. They make an amazing heavy cream latte “low carb”. Drink coffee is great too. Ask for a pour over if you like drip coffee or a french press they do a great job at them
