Stopped in to get a coffee, used the restroom first. It was extremely dirty. If the customer bathroom is this dirty, I don't want anything from the kitchen.
We ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 free donuts because they have 1 free donut per coffee on Fridays until Christmas. They ended up giving us 5 free donuts! I am not sure if this was on purpose or on accident, but I am quite grateful.
managers refuse to order more matcha. have not had matcha in months and openly state they will not be ordering more. absolutely ridiculous.
Frozen Hot chocolate on point as well as the French vanilla/mocha late. The young woman working was so kind and friendly. She was also fast and knowledgeable about popular drinks and what would go well with each drink.
The service was very nice but the person that did my iced coffee was really heavy on the cream I couldn't taste the blueberry or coffee not mad just suggesting go easier on cream.
Shout out to the very nice young woman working at 3:45 today. She was very helpful and was very fast with my order.
Not very clean the restroom is disgusting and they never have dark roast coffee. The restroom makes me wonder how clean they keep the rest of the store.
I doordashed 6 donuts and these dudes really gave me 4 spicy donuts???????? and 2 filled ones? spicy donuts??? man im done.
