Nice open cafe, more seating out in the mall lobby, street parking free on weekends. Think the mall parking might be free while they're updating their system. Heart of downtown Scranton, fun people watching spot

Starbucks coffee is very good, however, their baristas are quite rude here. Having been a barista myself in a different establishment, I understand the job can be strenuous. However, the comments received from the barista were extremely rude and unnecessary. I am disgusted by the service here.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks. Today I was served by a barista who not only insulted my order, saying it was disgusting and gross, but then proceeded to get the order wrong. A few of my friends were considering applying for a job at this location but after our experience there that will not be happening.

I went here today for a frappe and I was was the only person in line it was 5:45pm. When I walked in workers walked passed me with nasty looks as I sat on the phone with my sister who is also a starbucks employee. I stood in line for 5 mins and then was refused service for no reason at all.

Not only is the coffee bitter and taste like its burnt but the staff is very rude and obnoxious! Never again!!
