I visit Starbucks locations frequently, and this location in Acton is one of my favorites. The baristas are all so friendly and accommodating. When it comes to substitutions, there's never a mistake. Wow! AWESOME! Thanks for always being there for a great experience!

Grande quad cappuccino, extra dry, extra foam. All it was was extra hot. Extra dry means hardly any milk, if any. Extra foam means, well, extra foam. It was ALL milk. Couldn’t even taste the espresso, even with 4 shots. The cup should feel light. I could tell right away it was wrong.nThe counter in front of the syrups was covered with dry splatters of syrup.nThe young woman who took the order acted like waiting on me was an inconvenience. I will have to find a coffee shop that knows how to make cappuccinos and how to treat customers.

I ordered from DoorDash. First, it doesn’t come with a bag. This resulted in missing one item. Second, I ordered a venti cup, but apparently it only half way from full. Very disappointed. Won’t order again.

My coffee order was all messed up. First I ordered another latte and I received cold latte. Second the coffee didn't taste anything like lavender it was just cold oatmilk. This us the second time I got my order wrong.

ordered a venti, and i haven’t even taken a sip, and you can see in the picture how little of the drink they actually gave me just barely above that third line!. i’ve been going to this location since it opened and it’s been a steady decline in quality. the staff are always friendly and trying their best to deal with the crowds; i don’t blame them. unfortunately this means the orders are often wrong like mine in the pic was supposed to have no whip cream and the wait time is long.nnthe location is near the public schools and a major highway and constantly gets swamped so either order ahead if they have it turned on, or be prepared to wait. avoid the afternoons during the school year when the high school lets out or you’ll be there for more than 30 minutes, especially in the spring and early summer.
