Cleanest Dunkins' that I have seen.
The Sunday afternoon crew, consistently mess up orders and don’t admit it and give attitude when called on it before fixing it. It’s been the same worker 4 Sundays in a row
The staff here are great, but the quality is just not there. They absolutely, undoubtedly use doughnuts, bagels, and bread from the day before, if not longer. We get orders of a dozen or two doughnuts a couple of times a month as early as 7:30, and a bagel as early as 6:30. And I’ve never had a single one that was clearly fresh; they always are hard, brittle, and stale. Never once. Please beware of buying anything other than drinks from this location
This Dunkin’ sadly might have the worst service I have ever encountered. During my walk-in visit, The cashier taking my order abruptly cut me off, walked away, and pulled her coworker to complete my order. I believe her issue was that she was having a hard time understanding me from underneath my mask - but that aside, this is no way to treat *any* individual.nnNot to mention they didn’t even fulfill my entire order that I had paid for - when they saw me standing around waiting, they were confused as to why I was still there, and doubted me when I confirmed that I had, in fact, paid for the item in question that I was waiting for - that they had personally rung up on my receipt. Meanwhile, another customer had issues with his mobile order also being incomplete.nnThey get an extra star for noting my need — but unfortunately it seems that you get the worst of both worlds whether you choose to order via walk in or mobile. I understand that staffing is short and frustrating to deal with, but… a little courtesy goes a long way.
The lady with the black glasses was very rude and has messed up my orders twice. She has given an avocado toast that hasn’t been toasted with very little seasoning. I asked her for a cup holder to hold about two drinks and she basically threw it at me. A while back, she completely messed up my order for about two dozen donuts. Overall, pretty bad service. Very disappointing experience because of the lady.
