This specific location always takes more than 15 minutes to get your food. I have been to this location four times and each time I’ve been there it’s taken between 15 and 30 minutes to get my food. In addition to how long it takes for me to get my food, they’re consistently out of Diet Coke And every time I’ve been there, they have not had Diet Coke and do not tell anybody. If you have unlimited time and you don’t like Diet Coke, this is a great location for you to go to.

We go to this McD's fairly often, only because it's the only convenient fast food in the area between kids sports activities. But if there was a better option, we'd stop going here in a heart beat.nnFor whatever reason, this location does NOT have a drive thru. Curbside would be fine, except it takes forever to get your food. Today I places an order for three soft drinks/juices as I left the doctor's office. It took us three minutes to get there and then we waited for another 18 minutes to get our drinks after I checked in. I finally called them and tried to tell them that I had been waiting but got met with a screeching dial-up tone. On my second call they finally brought drinks out.nnNow, I am generally one to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this exact scenario has happened every single time at this location, which leads me to believe it's poor management/staffing instead of simple error.nnI understand that they get busy inside again, there's no drive-thru but I don't understand the long wait for such simple orders. Yes, I could have gone inside, but I had three small children with me, including a sleeping baby - I didn't want to haul everyone out just to go in, struggle to carry everything, and come right back out. And of course, I don't need to justify why I wanted/needed curbside - there could have been a hundred reasons why I couldn't get out to go in.nnThis McDonald's location is extremely slow and nearly always get a slightly incorrect order . Unfortunately, unless a better option presents itself I will probably continue coming back, but not happily.

McDonald’s says it’s open till 2am for curbside pickup. After 10pm every night the app shows that curbside is closed at 10pm despite there being staff onsite. Please fix!

Visited during a busy dinner shift on Wednesday…I thought the manager and front staff were friendly and did a great job trying to get all the orders out as quickly as possible. They got my order correct and made sure I didn’t leave without my milkshake. Thanks!

Ordered some meals but the number to come get it was never called. They just skipped over to the next number. We didn't realize that the food was actually over there sitting and getting cold. However, we finally noticed and the employees were very apologetic and friendly about the whole thing. I'm not gonna give them a bad star rating for this. Other than that, the food was pretty good and the restaurant itself was nice.
