Nice coffee as usual. This place is quite big comparing other Starbucks nearby and the size of the town. Very clean and the atmosphere is also very good!

This store used to be really good. It seems that since the manager went on maternity leave they have stopped caring. 3 times in a row now it has taken over 10 minutes to get one drink and there have been 4 or more staff standing around each time. They spend more time looking at log books of some sort than taking care of the customers in front of them.

The Brookswood Starbucks got a complete reno before the holidays. Tonight I actually had my creme brulee latte there to check it out. Looks amazing, very sleek look and still the same great customer service.
