Hands down one of the best experiences! The food was incredible and exceeded my expectations.nWhat truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we felt valued and well taken care of.nnIt’s rare to find a place that delivers both amazing food and top-tier service, but this place does exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and an even better overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back

We didn't order any food. I brought my 9 year old in to get something to drink and he needed to use the bathroom, we went to use the bathroom first and when we opened the bathroom door the smell was unbelievable, the entire toilet paper roll was on the floor and someone had dedicated on the. There was poop everywhere. It had been like that for some time because the smell was not fresh. When we went to open the other door my stepson touched the handle and got something slimy and sticky all over his hand. We decided not to use the bathroom. We went back to the main area and after looking around for a second decided against ordering anything as the restaurant was absolutely discussing, I assume if the front of the restaurant hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long and it's what customers see the back must be horrific, on our way out the door a man smoking meth right at the door blew smoke directly in my face and I got a good lung full. I still have a cough days later. I will never ever return to this location and strongly suggest others stay away. It is not safe and the staff is not doing their job. Not cleaning. Not keeping drugs out, it is actually dangerous to go in this location.

This Tim Hortons is the dirtiest, grossest Tim Hortons I have ever seen! When they opened their doors at 5:00 a.m. it was dirty inside there was dust on the food equipment, there were leaks from the roof with wet floor signs on the floor and the floors and booths were dirty. This place was just gross, the people were quite Pleasant and friendly and as efficient as they could be but that didn't make up for the place. I also don't understand why there was only one staff member on and it took 25 minutes to get two teas a donut and a scrambled sausage and egg breakfast.nI'm not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate store but either way it's not acceptable and corporate office should be upgrading this place or shutting it down.nAnd some of the pictures you may have to zoom in to see how gross and Dusty it was but it is clear!

I go to this Tim Hortons about twice a month, and I have never had a good experience here. I enjoy the food most of time, that being standard quality food is why I come here every so often. I just recently got a donut that tasted like cleaner, which I had never had this happen. The atmosphere is what hurts this particular Tim Hortons the most. So many homeless people here, it could be a shelter. About 3 months ago, I had a homeless guy walk up to me while I was eating in the restaurant, and said I should be worried about getting into school fights, and he will protect me. It was not a good experience and was super touchy. I’m a 17 year old male for context. I walk out of there with my food and don’t even say anything and I walk home. Since then, I have not eaten in the restaurant, and would rather eat at home. I went to this Tim Hortons today, and maybe 4-5 homeless people are outside this place, some of them smoking something other than Tobacco. with that, there are occasionally security guards there at specific hours, but leave after the morning. If you have kids, I would highly not recommend taking them into this place, go down to the one on Logan ave if you really want Tim Hortons. The staff were urging me to give them a five star review, which I understand their jobs are a stake, but is impossible for me to do at this place.nnEdit - to add to this, the place is filthy and seems it has not been cleaned at all. The pastries in the front literally HAVE FLIES on it. I have no clue how this place was approved for any health regulations. Most of these 5 star reviews are bots or new accounts. And for any confusion, this is a independent location

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly and efficient, my order was made correctly, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Coffee was fresh and the place was clean. Exactly what you want from a Tim Hortons—will definitely be back.
