Tim Hortons

Requested to make a veggie sandwich just with lettuce, tomatoes, hash brown and chipotle and found a piece of Bacon Strip inside. I am a vegetarian and I don’t eat meat. This is not to be taken. Some people don’t eat meat due to religious reasons. Please understand and don’t mix things.nThis ruined my morning..

This location doesn’t deserve a 1 star. This is my 3rd time in 2 years thinking and hoping its gotten better at this location. I can’t believe i drove in again ‍i love Tims. I will go out of my way to not go to this one. There is no common sense on the product. If its burnt don’t release it. If the danish is rock solid. Don’t release it. The maple bacon croissant i returned for a full refund. Though still waiting for it to apply to my account. The advertisement when you order is no where near. I love the croissants. This was a small crushed burned puck. The size of the palm of my hand. Why do I keep hoping. worth the drive to Logan or any other Langley location.

Drive through is fast and generally accurate. Washrooms were not clean. Tables for dine in were okay. Overall it’s a typical Tim Hortons location like any other location in lower mainland. I had an incident when I was in drive through, the lid of the coffee was not secured and when I was grabbing it , entire hot coffee was dropped on me which was quite painful. My suggestion is that always put your car to park before grabbing the coffee and ensure that it’s doesn’t spill on you in case the lid was not secured.

This was my first tims experience at BC, was very disappointed with the way the staff was handling an inquiry. And they kept on communicating in their language in front of the customer. And finally the supervisor lady was very very rude when I responded saying she can't even resolve a basic issue.nStaff needs training, and please communicate in English. I don't know Hindi or Punjabi.nPeace.

I don’t understand the service at Tim Hortons anymore. My friend orders a tea with honey and we both clearly heard and here we are having a debate with the cashier that he asked for cream. ‍ what is going on? Even if we’re wrong, the cost of the cents is what you’re challenging? I mean come on. Logic would be 2 vs 1 so own up to it and just correct the situation. Won’t be back
