decent food and drink, but staff are terrible. had to use the washroom. new girl on the job trying to do one order. supervisor and two other employees noticed me. none of which actually served - let alone acknowledged - me until the new girl was finished with her order. I don't mind being told the washroom is strictly for paying customers but if someone is at the till needing to be served, at least acknowledge them and say you'll be with them shortly. also I told them a while back there was a pile of human waste immediately outside their doors. one week later it was still there, mostly watered down by the rain, but they clearly don't care about their presentation.

Watch your back in this neighborhood at night! Hookers and rough dudes abound. Daytime is fine.

This place is a joke including the manager. She never called back when her fellow employees all gathered around a sandwich made for my wife one of them put ice cream scoops of mayonnaise laughing about it. She said she would talk with her staff and call back she never did. Also theres a another guy that works there I watched him put 2 empty pots of coffee in one cup.. Gross ! I confronted him and he said its all fresh

Wish I could post a picture of their “assorted” timbits. Ordered 50 and only got two kinds! The old fashioned and the original... :(

Worst Tim Hortons ever. They are always out of everything: hash browns, juice, hot chocolate...etc even if I go at 7am!!! Poor management, staff barely speak English! It is always dirty, im not even sure how they are still allowed to operate! Tim Hortons is not as it used to be and won't be able to survive with the service of other competitors.
