This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! The whole team is friendly, efficient, and creates a great atmosphere every time I visit.nnI especially want to highlight Stanley – not only does he make the best latte, but he's also incredibly thoughtful. Whenever I order tea through the app and my usual choice is out of stock, he always takes the time to ask if I’d prefer my regular order or go with what's available. That kind of attention to detail is rare and really appreciated.nnBig thanks to Stanley and the entire team – you all do an amazing job. Thank you for the great service and positive vibes!

I recently visited Starbucks and had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sarah and Igor. They were both incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my order was perfect and that I felt valued as a customer. Their positive attitudes and professionalism really stood out and made my visit all the more enjoyable. Dear Starbucks Customer Service,nnI hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at one of your locations.nnEarlier this morning, I visited the Starbucks store located at 6568 Hastings Street, Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 1S2. I had heard before — and was even told by someone at the store — that Starbucks offers free water to anyone, even if they are not purchasing anything.nnAfter a nearby event ended, I went back to ask for a cup of water. However, a staff member told me that I couldn’t have water unless I was a paying customer. I felt confused and a bit embarrassed, especially because I was sure Starbucks provides water for free.nnI believe in Starbucks’ values of kindness, inclusiveness, and community. That’s why this experience was very disappointing. I hope you can kindly remind staff to treat people with respect, and to clearly follow the company’s policies.nnThank you for your time and understanding.nBest regards,

I am a regular customer at Starbucks and often get vanilla steamer for kids. Today I ordered from this location at Kensington square and the Indian guy working there made the milk too hot. I asked him to add a little bit of cold milk to cool it down as my kids don’t drink that hot. He started arguing with me about how I should come into the store instead of ordering on the app even though I had selected warm as temperature when ordering and argued about this for at least 5-7 minutes. He was very rude. I even told him it was very bad customer service and he kept arguing, saying all kids drink at that temperature. As I was leaving he kept arguing saying next time come into the store to order. I am very shocked at this level of customer service! Especially since I’m a regular customer and I have never experienced this at any other locations. Starbucks is suppose to pride themselves on high customer service they deliver but this was completely unacceptable! Is Starbucks not training their employees on the customer service standards they are suppose to have??nnOh and when my kids drank it, they said it didn’t taste good and it tasted different than how it usually tastes.
