Great coffee spot! I came here one morning the line was 7-8 people long but it moved quickly with 2 cash registers open. I ordered an iced latte and the double smoked bacon & egg breakfast bagel. Order came up quickly. There were plenty of tables available despite being the morning rush. The latte was prefect, not too sweet. The sandwich was exactly what I wanted, nice and toasted. They are very efficient and move through the crowds very quickly. Overall very happy with this place, would definitely come back again!

Coffee is ok and the service is good but the food is hit or miss and I hate paying $6 for a pastry only to be disappointment nowadays. There are plenty of good coffee shops fior di latte up the road. offering much higher quality for these prices. Can’t believe 2 coffees and 3 pastries comes out to $35 at a coffee chain.nnHad a ham and cheese croissant and struggled to find any filling.

The time is now. The long awaited review for my neighbourhood JJ Bean. Been coming here for years. Been gone from Vancouver but it’s nice to see some familiar faces here. Love the breakfast and vegan burritos. Donuts are nice as well. Nothing needs to be said about the coffee. This place can get packed. To all the digital nomads and heads out there, need to note that there is just one plug / socket so bring your own external battery pack!

The best cafe in the lower mainland in my humble opinion! Delicious pastries and drinks. My go to is a London Fog and any of their muffins. Recently tried their cheddar chive scone and Earl Grey scone and they were 20/10. Love JJ Bean!!
