Great environment, pleanty of seating area. The service is amazing, staff is very friendly and always smiling. Four 🌟 because last time I visited the place was extremely cold. People we're complaining and I also spoke with the manager. Unfortunately, the problem was not addressed many of the students left because of this. I visit here frequently, one bad experience is not a good enough reason to not to. Great place, I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to study, meeting, or simply lounging.

It's Starbucks - you either love it or hate it. Like all Starbucks it sells pretty average premium priced Espresso based coffee, which you can easily do better with a $200 home Espresso unit. The Leaside Laird Dr location is nice and the service is good, but if you appreciate coffee, somewhere like Lit Espresso bar is a far superior option.

Staff is rude, when placing a order they act like you are oppressing them by their facial reactions. Don’t know their drinks or how to make it. I order a java chip frap made with white mocha which is literally my daily drink. A she looks at me like I’m crazy B makes it wrong C it’s all ice with no flavor and tastes like dry ice with rubbing alcohol. Then when I ask just to get caramel on it cause it’s flavourless she looks so irritated. I’m sorry if you hate your job lol. Brunette Woman with tattoo on back of her neck with letters. Very comfy chairs, a couch that will take away your will to move! Big windows, and friendly staff. Some parking for free
