Told the cashier I wanted to use my rewards to redeem a drink, she ended up charging my phone instead. Didn't ask if I wanted whipped cream on my frapp, just did it anyway. Yikes.

Ordered a sandwich on the mobile app, only to stand in the front like an idiot for 10 mins before I asked about it. The barista told us we needed to talked to the till so then we waited in line until finally being advised that the said sandwich was sold out. Defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering.

Staff are rude and weird. I wonder if there's also a bit of racism tossed in there as well. I got into an "argument" with one of the staff because I wanted to order a cafe misto with an espresso shot instead of straight up coffee. I'm on this weird diet and thought I could shave off 50 calories by cutting 50% of the milk. I know this sounds weird but it takes 7 minutes of jogging to burn that off so WHY NOT. She kept on saying it was a "latte" and when she rung it up as a misto it came out a bit cheaper than a latte, she then shot me this disdainful rude look and checked if my twenty was real. LOL. I'm sorry but I can't feel that this is racially motivated, somehow. Personally, that's a win win for me: a cheaper drink AND less calories. What I didn't appreciate was the attitude and rudeness that came with it. I don't get why "Megan" cared about how I ordered my coffee. I should get it the way I want it. I spoke to management about this because he was walking by...he agreed that it was pretty weird. He was nothing but helpful, friendly and polite and ensured me I could add a red eye to anything and what I ordered was an actual drink called red eye light or something. Afterwards "Megan" kept on giving me dirty looks. Idk, when I was in uni, I used to work at a coffee shop job for a little bit, and I know how hard it can be. I would never treat a client like this. Super weird and awkward. The one extra star was for management.

Newly renovated, lots of space to enjoy and friendly staff! Lots of parking, accessible, free wi-fi, and outdoor patio sets to enjoy. Please note that the store is located at Unit C (map location is not exact - tag location is LCBO)
