Normally, I have a fabulous experience at this particular Starbucks. Friendly staff. Great personalities but I always go during the morning/early afternoon shifts. Tonight I went at 6:35pm. Everything was put away. Washed up. Which would be great expect, once I was able to convince the girl to let me purchase a sandwich, I was told "We close in 25 mins so I won't be able to hear your sandwich." ???? It makes more than 25 mins to do that? I checked the door and the hours do say open until 7pm but apparently they close at 6:30 and then just keep the door unlocked so they don't get fined by the strip mall. Then dart out the door the second the clock strikes 7!!!! Cold sandwich, poor customer service and me having the audacity to think a place was open until their hours stated was apparently too much for them. Maybe they no longer need my business. Good thing there is another close by.

Horrible customer service. Worst I have experienced. 3 people working, one person ordered 5 drinks ahead of me. One employee continued to mop the floor, another girl counted the til while the 3rd girl began to make drinks as slow as possible. ZERO sense of urgency. Horrible. I would give ZERO stars if I could. 👎👎👎👎

Great location, easy on and off the highway. Lots of stop lights to make it easy and stress free. Plenty of parking. Always clean and with plenty of seating (it's a little slow). Great rest stop if you have kids.

Worst experience at Starbucks every time i visit this location and after today we will not be back. Rude staff , horrible customer service , the lady actually argued with me about how I ordered my drink and I order the same thing every time. Forgot one of our drinks, they are always out of pastry we want. Not worth your time or money!!
