Outstanding in every regard. I’ve found top quality (fancy) items there, at reasonable prices, most of which I’ve installed at my Mom’s house. She’s thrilled every time. The staff is always helpful and it’s one of my favorite places in West Olympia. For those who must complain: Some of what is found here is genuine finery needing only some cleaning. I purchased a one year old top of the line LG dishwasher - stainless inside and out - for $200. It’s so quiet I thought it was broken at first, and my Wife thinks I’m a genius for finding it. I’m now in the process of updating all of our sinks and toilets to Koehler. This store has supplied me with nearly new items for this project at prices which are so low I feel like I’m stealing from them.

I spent $842 and change at this store buying furniture for my new apartment. One item, a queen bed, was sold to me with a hairline crack in the metal frame. The crack was on the underside of the frame and was hardly visible, but it was a critical flaw. If I hadn't caught it, the bed probably would have collapsed. I contacted the manager and told them that I was willing to repair the bed and keep it, but that I thought that, given the bed's compromised state and the time and money I was going to have to invest to fix it, the price I had payed ($180) was unreasonable. They refused to even give me some store credit to compensate me and just kept repeating that all items were sold "as is." I explained that I understood their policy, but that this particular item should've never made it to the sales floor in the first place and that I essentially payed for a bed that should've been in the city dump. They wouldn't waver. An email to another manager received no response.

Unbelievably over priced. We were not greeted or received any customer service. We always try to support Habitat for Humanity in any town we visit or love but will not be going back to this location.

Laughably overpriced garbage. Apparently they think that pricing junk at, above, or near the same price as new, higher quality items is a good business decision. There are items that have been sitting on the floor in this place since they opened. Could it have anything to do with the price gouging? Fire the idiot store manager, and business will boom. Pathetic at best.

To high priced for used stuff. Was really disappointed . They wanted almost as much for a used microwave as a new one.🤑.
