The staff is friendly and efficient. It's your basic Starbucks experience. However, be careful when ordering frappaccinos mid-afternoon. The afternoon staff have given me frappaccinos that were frozen solid and poorly mixed several times.

Great spot to grab a coffee while headed to campus. The only downside is the lack of table space if you are looking to hibernate.

Average Starbucks coffee that could be found anywhere, the place is cozy though. Alternatives for coffee that you can find in town is Arcadia Cafe, Cafe Diem and Caribou Coffee.
